Reserving Seminar Rooms

Kavli IPMU has one Lecture Hall, six Seminar Rooms, and two Conference Rooms as shown in the table below.

In addition, there is a single-use phone booth for online meeting) in Fujiwara Hall.

To use these rooms, please make a reservation in advance at seminar@ipmu.jp with the following information.

Seminar Room Regulations

  •  Food or drink is not permitted in the Lecture Hall.
  •  Conference rooms are usually locked.  Please collect the key from the International Relations Section and return it after use.
  •  If it turns out to be unnecessary, please make sure to cancel the room booking in advance.
  • Contact seminar@ipmu.jp for any questions on how to book seminar rooms. 

When Finished

  • Please turn off and store all electric equipment and shut off the air conditioning.
  • Please close and lock any windows that have been opened.
  • In the case of  a conference room, please make lock the door when you leave.
