The Kavli IPMU is hosting a Science Meets Philosophy event "East and West view of the Universe" at the Kavli IPMU, Kashiwa campus. We will welcome speakers UC Berkeley professor/Kavli IPMU Visiting Senior Scientist Yasunori Nomura to talk about the multiverse theory, and UTokyo Institute for Advanced Studies on Asia professor Takahiro Nakajima to talk about China's Cosmologia.
Admission is free but pre-registration is required. This event will be held in Japanese.
