- An “all call” announcement indicating that this is a campus wide earthquake drill.
- Stop your work and power off equipment.
- Close doors to limit the potential spread of smoke and fire.
- Immediately evacuate the building via the nearest exit in accordance with the following:
- Keep moving calmly, yet quickly.
- Instruct visitors to evacuate and assist those individuals with special needs.
- Do not use elevators.
- Get out either from the east or west exit. (The automatic doors might become out of order.)
- Stay at the designated assembly area in front of the IPMU Bldg.
Confirm the safety of all IPMU members by calling over.
