Option 1: By Airport Limousine bus (to Kashiwanoha Campus Station).

Option 2: By railways to come to Kashiwanoha Campus Station.
- Narita Airport => Higashi Matsudo (Narita Sky Access Express, bound for Haneda-Airport Domestic Terminal, 36 min.)
- Higashi Matsudo => Minami Nagareyama (JR Musashino Line, bound for Fuchu Honmachi, 9 min.)
- Minami Nagareyama => Kashiwanoha Campus (Tsukuba Express Line, bound for Tsukuba, 7 min. by Sub-rapid train or 9-12 min. by Local train.)

- Haneda-Airport Terminal 1=> Hamamatsucho (Tokyo-Monorail Airport Rapid, bound for Hamamatsucho, 17 min.)
- Hamamatsucho =>Akihabara (JR Yamanote Line toward Tokyo, 10 min. )
- Akihabara => Kashiwanoha Campus (Tsukuba Express Line, bound for Tsukuba, 30 min, by Sub Rapid Train)
From Downtown Tokyo

From Kashiwanoha Campus Station
Option 1: Public bus
West Exit of the station, at Bus Stop #1 (see map below)
Take a bus numbered 西柏03 or 西柏04, running almost every 5 minutes (170 JPY, Approx. 10 min.).
Get off at National Cancer Center, “Kokuritsu Gan Kenkyu Center” in Japanese.
Kavli IPMU is 5-minute walk from the bus stop.

Option 2: Complimentary shuttle bus run by the University
Take an university shuttle bus running between the station and our campus. (Approx. 10 min.).
The bus stop is along the station rotary road close to Mitsui Garden Hotel Kashiwanoha.
A small stand shows “Corporate bus”.
On board, tell the driver that you are visiting IPMU. No ticket/certificate is necessary for visitors. The bus will stop in front of Kashiwa Library on campus.

Tips
(1)Prepaid IC card
Purchasing a prepaid e-money card(Suica or Pasmo) at a station is recommended. These prepaid cards enable you to take transportation services without purchasing tickets at ticket vending machines.

(2)Taxi
From Narita Airport, a taxi will cost around 18000 yen without using highway (85 min.) or 60 minutes/25000 yen with highway use (60 min.).
From Haneda Airport, it will be around 19000 yen using highway (70 min.).
Please note that taxi fee is not supported as transportation fee.
