Most cited paper in 2011: Eiichiro Komatsu

A research paper by Eiichiro Komatsu, professor at  Texas Univiersity and Visiting Senior Scientist of Kavli IPMU, was ranked as the most cited paper in 2011.

Thomson Reuter announced " THE RED-HOT RESEARCH PAPER of 2011" on 11Apr 2012. In the rank table, Komatsu and WMAP team's "Seven-year Wilkinson Microwave Anisotropy Probe(WMAP) observations: Cosmological interpretations" was cited 564times, four times more than the second placed paper in the year.
